The NEO RAS Carbine takes the same lightweight, quad-railed NEO platform and stretches it to a full carbine length, giving a touch more reach and a more traditional M4 profile than the CQB. The Dark Earth finish and nylon-filled polymer body keep it handsome and light for long games.
Underneath sits Raven's proven LEVIN metal gearbox — 8mm bearings, an 18:1 gearset, a high-torque motor, a Furion MOSFET and a quick-change spring — the same trusted internals across the NEO range. The longer barrel behind the RAS handguard helps it stretch out a little further than the CQB.
What's on the outside
The longer RAS quad-rail handguard offers more room for accessories, with a 14mm CCW threaded muzzle and an adjustable stock. It runs standard M4/AR-15 AEG magazines through a 6.03mm tightbore.

The carbine length is the better all-rounder of the two RAS models, comfortable from CQB to mid-range field play. Run it on an 11.1V LiPo for the snappiest trigger.
