M-LOK handguards are light and slim precisely because they have no rail on them. That is fine until you need to mount something that only comes with a Picatinny clamp — a light, a laser, a bipod, a grip.
These sections bolt into the M-LOK slots and give you a short run of 20mm Picatinny wherever you put them. Four in a pack means you can rail the positions you actually use rather than carrying a full-length quad rail and its weight for the sake of two accessories.

For M-LOK handguards only — they will not fit KeyMod or plain handguards. Mount them where the accessory needs to sit rather than covering the whole guard, or you lose the weight saving that made you choose M-LOK.
