Li-Ion packs have become the sensible choice for milsim and long events, but many small chargers only handle LiPo - so people either buy a full bench charger or, worse, charge a Li-Ion pack on a LiPo profile and damage it. This gives you the right chemistry in something that still fits a pocket.

Good to know before you buy
Choose it over the RBC01 if you run any Li-Ion packs, since the RBC01 does not support that chemistry. Choose the RBC03 instead if you also need NiMH or LiFe. Is it safe to leave charging?
No charger should be left unattended with a lithium pack connected. Charge in a safety sack, on a hard non-flammable surface, while you are there.
