A titanium bolt assembly for the TM Saiga. Less mass moving back and forth, in 12K or SBS fitment.

Reciprocating mass is the thing that decides how a gas gun feels. Every gram that travels back and forth has to be accelerated, stopped and sent forward again, and all of that comes out of the gas in the magazine and lands in your hands as recoil and cycle time.

Swapping the bolt assembly for titanium attacks that directly. Titanium gives up very little strength for a meaningful drop in weight, so the cycle gets faster and smoother without the part becoming the weak link. It also does not corrode, which matters on a gun that lives in a damp bag between game days.

Kross CNC machine it rather than printing it, and offer it cut for the 12K and the SBS.

Good to know

Kross publish no weight figure and no before-and-after cycle rate, so neither appears here. What they document is the material, the machining and the fitment.

Frequently asked questions

12K or SBS? It follows your gun. The two are not interchangeable, so check which you own before ordering.

How much faster will it cycle? Not published, and it depends on your gas, your temperature and your hop setup. We would rather say so than invent a percentage.

Is this a workshop job? It is a bolt assembly swap. If you have had the gun apart before it will be familiar; if not, ask us about fitting.

💡 Titan Forge Airsoft tip: Lighter reciprocating parts change how a gas gun feels more than almost any other internal — and unlike a spring, you feel it on the first magazine. See accessories.
