The 3.8 Pro Match is the same compact platform as the standard 3.8 Pro, with the addition of factory-installed colour-coordinated competition controls. Extended thumb safety for faster safety operation, a match-spec hammer, and a flared extended magazine release that significantly speeds up mag changes — particularly when running multiple magazines under time pressure.
The colour-matched finish (accent colour applied to all extended controls) sets these apart visually while the functional benefits are real and measurable in use. For players who run a compact pistol hard, starting with match controls avoids having to source and fit them separately later.
