The 5.1 Match keeps everything that makes the 5.1 the standard-bearer of the range — full 5.1" barrel, full cycling metal slide, broad aftermarket support — and adds the factory-matched competition control set. Extended hammer, thumb safety, slide stop, and most usefully, an extended flared magazine release that makes reload speed meaningfully faster.
Match controls also feel better to run day-to-day. The extended mag release in particular becomes the standard you expect after extended use — standard OEM releases feel clumsy once you've run the extended version. The colour-coordinated finish ties the visual package together.

HPA conversion: Yes — pair with the AirTac Hi-Capa to M4 HPA adapter for consistent FPS output in cold UK conditions.
CO2: Works but accelerates internal wear. Use a CO2-rated magazine and replace O-rings regularly if you go that route.
Match controls material: Extended controls on most Match editions are anodised aluminium for the colour finish — lighter than steel but more than adequate for airsoft loading forces.
