The VMP-1's distinctive look comes partly from the way the magazine sits flush in the lower receiver, with a smooth profile from grip through to base plate. Each new VMP-1 ships with that visual already complete on the magazine in the box — but every spare 48R mag you buy after that arrives without the cover, which is exactly what this pack is for.
Each pack contains two sleeves, designed to slide over the upper portion of the magazine and lock through natural friction. Installation is tool-free: line up the cover, push it on, and the magazine matches the rifle's factory finish again. For players running 4–6 spare mags in skirmish kit, two packs cover a full loadout cleanly.
Beyond the cosmetics, the cover gives the magazine a slightly fuller external profile that interacts more consistently with the magwell during fast reloads — small detail, real difference under pressure.
