A VSR magazine holds enough rounds for a patient day and not enough for a busy one. Feeding from an M4 magazine instead gives you three to five times the capacity, which is the difference between reloading between engagements and reloading during them.
It is bolt action either way, so the magazine is only a feed source — nothing about how the gun cycles changes. What changes is how often you have to think about it.
Kross build it to fit easily and securely, with good magazine retention, and offer it in two models: VSR and SSX10.
