Wolverine Airline Barbed Fitting — the engine end of the line. One fitting covering INFERNO Gen 2 and XTS, HYDRA Gen 2, REAPER and HAVOC.

Every Wolverine engine in the current range terminates its air feed at a barbed fitting, and the barb is what stops the line walking off under pressure. Strip an engine a few times and that fitting starts to suffer — the barb rounds off, the thread picks up sealant residue, and the joint that used to be solid becomes a slow weep.

It is a two-pound part holding up a four-hundred-pound engine, and replacing it is a five-minute job. Techs change them on sight rather than on symptom.

The useful thing here is the breadth: one fitting suits five engine families, so a couple in the toolbox covers almost any Wolverine build that comes through the door.

Frequently asked questions

Does this fit the BOLT? No. The BOLT and BOLT M use their own airline kits with their own fittings.

Do I need thread tape? Follow whatever the engine's service notes specify. Over-taping a small fitting is as likely to cause a leak as to cure one.

Why does mine keep leaking after refitting? Usually a rounded barb or a line that has stretched at the end. Replace both together rather than one at a time.

💡 Titan Forge Airsoft tip: A rounded barb is easiest to spot against a new one — which is a good reason to keep a spare rather than a photograph. Browse HPA Lines.
