Wolverine Airsoft WRAITH X HPA Kit with Tank Stock for MTW

Most HPA setups run a tank on a back-rig with a line to the rifle's grip. That works but it limits movement, snags on cover, and looks nothing like the real-steel rifle the MTW is modelled on. The WRAITH X solves all three problems by integrating the tank into the stock itself: a 13ci or other 2-inch HPA tank slots into the WRAITH X tank stock, screws into the STORM Category 5 regulator at the back of the rifle, and runs the engine through a short internal feed. No line, no back-rig, no harness — just a self-contained HPA MTW that handles like an AEG.

The STORM Category 5 regulator is Wolverine's flagship. Wide pressure range and high flow rate support everything from low-pressure high-ROF SMG builds up to high-pressure sniper setups in the same hardware. For MTW owners running an INFERNO Gen 2 or XTS this gives you headroom to tune for any UK site, any energy limit, any role — sub-1J CQB through DMR to long-range marksman builds — without changing regulators.

Construction is the same Wolverine-grade machined aluminium that the MTW platform itself is built from. The tank stock attaches to the MTW receiver where a standard buffer tube would screw in, so installation takes a couple of minutes and a single hex key. Tank changes are fast: depressurise the regulator, unscrew the tank from the rear, swap in a fresh fill, screw back in. No tools needed mid-game.

Practical caveats. The 13/3000 PSI tank delivers around 1,000 shots per fill at typical UK energy levels, which is good for a half-day's skirmish but won't cover a full game day on high-volume use — budget for a spare tank if you're playing tournaments or full milsim weekends. The kit ships with the regulator and the tank stock but NOT a tank — you'll need to source a compatible 13/3000 or other 2-inch tank separately.
