The .308-pattern and Gen-12 receivers are physically larger than the M4-pattern MTW, and the air has further to travel from the stock to the engine. Wolverine handle that with a dedicated adapter for each, bundled with the correct short line rather than sold as a bare fitting.
That bundling is deliberate. Pairing the wrong length line with the right adapter produces a joint under constant tension, and a tensioned joint at working pressure is a leak waiting for a cold morning.
The two fitments are not interchangeable. A Gen-12 shotgun is dimensionally its own thing and the MTW-308 part will not reach.

Frequently asked questions
Which do I need? Order by receiver. The MTW-308 and the Gen-12 shotgun take different parts and neither will substitute for the other.
Does this replace the M4 hard point adapter? No. M4-pattern and MTW-9 builds use the smaller adapter, listed separately.
Is the line included? Yes. Both fitments ship with the correct mini airline for that receiver.
