The MTW-308 takes Wolverine's MTW platform into designated-marksman territory. Where the standard MTW runs M4 magazines, the 308 accepts SR-25 AEG magazines for the visually and functionally correct SR-25/M110 format, and it is semi-automatic by firmware design — a deliberate choice that reinforces its role as a precision platform rather than a spray-and-pray rifle.
This Tactical XB trim brings Wolverine's latest technology: the INFERNO XTS HPA engine and the BLINC Bluetooth FCU. The XTS builds on the award-winning Gen 2 with more tunability and headroom, running at 80-140 PSI with an adjustable 5-35 RPS, while the BLINC app lets you build fire-mode profiles, set your dwell, run the autotune and read a paired chronograph from your phone.
It is built on 6061-T6 billet receivers with mil-spec hard-coat anodising, a 380mm inner barrel behind a 14.5-inch outer (extendable to 16 inches with the included barrel extension, which some fields require for DMR classification), and a 13-inch Invictus MK1 seven-sided M-LOK rail. Tactical touches include an MS-1 flash hider, a DLG real-steel grip and an iconic crane stock.
A neat DMR-focused detail is the fixed rear airline connector below the buffer tube, which keeps the line out of the way when you are shooting prone. It is MTW-Spec throughout, sharing the platform's real-steel and AEG parts compatibility with empty-mag detection on Wolverine SR-25 mags. It weighs around 8 lb and ships with a roughly 150-round magazine.
What's on the outside
It has a full-size DMR silhouette: a 14.5-inch barrel under a 13-inch Invictus MK1 M-LOK rail, an MS-1 flash hider, a DLG real-steel grip and a crane stock on billet 6061-T6 receivers, with the airline fixed at the rear. A high-capacity SR-25 magazine is included.

Good to know before you buy
It is semi-only by design, which suits the marksman role. You will need an HPA tank, regulator and line (see below), plus SR-25 pattern magazines. The included barrel extension lets you reach 16 inches where a field requires it for DMR status.
