Most MTW rifles leave the factory with this chamber and most of them shoot perfectly well on it. The CNC upgrade is a genuinely better unit, but it costs several times as much, and for a rifle that is not being pushed to its limits the standard chamber does the job.
The reason to buy one is usually damage rather than upgrade. Hop chambers get cracked by over-tightened barrels, warped by heat in a stored car, or simply lost when a rifle changes hands as parts.
It is also the right part for anyone rebuilding a spare upper on a budget, where spending upgrade money on the hop makes less sense than getting the thing shooting.

Frequently asked questions
Is the CNC chamber worth the difference? On a rifle you are tuning hard, yes. On a general-purpose build, this one is sufficient.
Does it include the bucking and nub? Check what is supplied before ordering — buckings and nubs are sold separately.
Will it take any MTW inner barrel? It is the factory chamber for the platform, so the standard barrel lengths fit.
