Not just the brackets — the headband comes with it. Earmor supply the M14C as a set: two brackets plus an M62 velcro headband, so a rail-mounted headset goes back to headband use complete.

Once a headset has been set up on helmet rails, going back to a headband is not simply a matter of unclipping it. The cups need the bracket that receives a band, and that part usually stays in the box the rail kit displaced.
