Silicone gel in place of the standard cushion. Earmor's premium ear cushion for the Mark4 and PLUS generation, and the cheapest meaningful upgrade either headset can take.

Silicone gel deforms around the contour of the head instead of resisting it. The cushion goes where the skull is rather than forcing the skull to meet the cushion, and the result is a tighter acoustic seal — the only variable in real-world hearing protection that the wearer controls after purchase.

Better seal, better isolation, better clarity from the ambient pickup, all from a part that costs a fraction of the headset. Durability is the quieter benefit: foam takes a permanent set and eventually splits, while silicone gel holds its shape considerably longer, stretching out the interval between replacements.

On scope, Earmor's 2026 catalogue files the S33B against the Mark4 and PLUS series as a family — which includes the M32 Plus and the Mark4 variants. Their distribution names the M31 and M32 Plus specifically. The catalogue is the broader claim.

Earmor also make an S33A, the sponge version of the same cushion, for anyone who prefers foam.

Frequently asked questions

Is this an upgrade or a like-for-like spare? Both, depending on what your headset shipped with. Against a plain foam cushion it is a clear upgrade.

Will it fit an M300 series headset? No — Earmor catalogue the S32B for those.

Does it help if I wear glasses? Yes. Gel handles a spectacle arm crossing the seal far better than foam does.

How do I fit them? Standard cushion swap. The old pad lifts out of the retaining groove and the new one presses in.

💡 Titan Forge Airsoft tip: If you have had a headset for two seasons and never touched the cushions, this is the single upgrade most likely to change how it feels. Everything else is in ear protection.
