A PTX with three magazines, and you only pay for two of them. The Black PTX, the magazine GATE pack with it, and two more in whichever size you choose — the second of those two is on us. Everything else about the pistol is exactly as it ships.

A PTX is a quick thing to run dry. The engine will take fifty rounds a second if you ask it to, and even used sensibly a pistol magazine disappears faster than anyone expects the first time they take one onto a site. One magazine makes a demonstration; three makes a sidearm you can actually rely on through a game day.

That is the whole thinking behind this. Rather than discounting the pistol, we would rather send it out with enough magazines to be useful, so the extras come as part of the package and the second one is not charged for. You choose the size at checkout and the two extras come in that size.

What has not changed is the air. This is still an HPA pistol and it still needs a tank, a secondary regulator and a pistol-length line before it will fire, none of which are in here. If you are coming to HPA for the first time, read the guide linked at the top before you order the gun, not after.

Good to know before you buy

The air kit is still a separate purchase. A tank, a secondary regulator and a line. There is nothing clever about this bundle that gets round it — see tanks, regulators and lines.

Pick the size you will keep buying. Running one 80 and two 120s sounds flexible and in practice means two different reload habits and two sets of pouches. Most people settle on one size and stay there, which is why the two extras come matched.

Black only, and that is deliberate. This is the Black pistol. If you want Olive, Dark Earth or Violet, those are on the standard pistol listing and magazines can go in the basket alongside.

It is a realistic imitation firearm. A UKARA registration or another valid defence is needed before we can send it, and we check at the checkout rather than afterwards. The box below covers how to get registered with us.

Set the trigger up before the first game, not at it. The GCS app is free and the pistol arrives on factory settings. Ten minutes on the bench with it is worth more than an hour of guessing in a safe zone.

Frequently asked questions

How many magazines do I actually end up with?
Three. One comes in the box from GATE and two more come with the bundle, of which the second is not charged for.

If I choose the 120 round option, are all three 120s?
No — the one GATE pack in the box is an 80, so you receive that plus two 120s. The table above sets it out. Choosing 80 gives you three matching magazines.

Can I mix the two extras, one of each size?
Not through this page, because the option sets the size for both extras. Ask us before you order if a mixed pair is what you want and we will sort it out by hand.

Does it include a tank or a regulator?
Neither, and nor does it include a line. Those three are the same separate purchase they are on the standard pistol listing.

Is the pistol any different from the one on the main listing?
It is the same pistol in the same Black finish, with the same engine, FCU and battery. The only difference between the two pages is how many magazines travel with it.

Can I put the spare magazines towards something else instead?
The magazines are what makes this a bundle rather than a pistol, so they are not substitutable here. If you want the pistol with a compensator or an optic plate instead, order from the standard listing and add those.

⚠ The magazines only fit a PTX. They are not interchangeable with Hi-Capa, EU-series or any other gas pistol magazine, so they are of no use to you if the PTX ever leaves the collection. Worth knowing before you commit to three of them.
⚠ Always run a secondary regulator. Never put tank pressure straight into the engine. Set your output before you shoot, and chrono at the site every time.
⚠ Battery safety: the factory-installed 7.4V LiPo should be charged only with a compatible LiPo charger, and never run down to a fully flat state.

💡 Titan Forge Airsoft tip: Put the free magazine away unopened and run the other two until one of them starts misbehaving. A magazine you have never fielded is a known-good reference when you are trying to work out whether a feeding problem is the gun or the magazine, and on a pistol that feeds this fast that is a question worth being able to answer.
