A helmet and a comms headset that were specified to go together. The MTEK FLUX shell with rails and NVG shroud already fitted, the Earmor M32 Plus, and every bracket needed to marry the two.

Buying a helmet and a headset separately usually means a third purchase you did not budget for, because the rail adapter, the accessory platform and the fastener panels are all sold on their own. This bundle closes that gap: the shell, the headset and all three fitting parts arrive together.

FLUX stands for Future, Lightweight, Undercut and eXpandable, and the shape follows from that. PTS designed the shell to follow the natural contour of the head rather than sit on top of it, which keeps it stable through a long day with accessories fitted. The edge profile is cut to clear communications headsets, goggles, eyewear and respirators, and the rear profile is recurved so it does not fight a plate carrier in the prone.

It is a boltless shell in Glass Fibre Reinforced ABS, matte finished, at 980 grams and 285 by 235 by 170 millimetres. The FLUX accessory rails and the accurately specified NVG shroud come pre-installed rather than as parts in a bag, and those rails are fully M-LOK compatible. Inside, the foam inserts are reconfigurable and the chin strap system is fully adjustable, which is how PTS get one shell to fit almost all head sizes. A retention strap, shroud bungee, exterior velcro and velcro attachment padding are included.

The headset side is the Earmor M32 Plus — rated SNR 29 / NRR 22 and certified to the full EN 352 set — with the M13 M-LOK rail adapter to mount it, the Earmor S13 accessory platform, and S14 hook and loop panels for markers.

Three helmet colours and four headset colours give twelve combinations. Items ship in their own packaging rather than pre-assembled.

Frequently asked questions

Does it arrive assembled? The rails and NVG shroud are already on the helmet. The headset, adapter, platform and velcro ship in their own packaging for you to fit.

Is the helmet ballistic? No. It is a Glass Fibre Reinforced ABS replica shell for airsoft, training and simulation. It is not body armour and should not be treated as protective against anything beyond the game.

What size is it? PTS build the FLUX as a single shell with reconfigurable foam and an adjustable retention system, designed to fit almost all head sizes. They publish no size range, so we are not quoting one.

Why does the colour have two names? PTS call the third shell colour Ranger Green; our supply route lists it as Olive. It is the same helmet — we have kept the supplier's label on the variant so the stock feed matches, and told you the manufacturer's name here.

Twelve combinations means checking twice before ordering. Helmet colour and headset colour are chosen separately here. Read both selections back before you confirm — a Tan shell with a Black headset is a different bundle from the reverse.
💡 Titan Forge Airsoft tip: If you are building a helmet setup from scratch, fit the ear-pro before the night vision mount. The cups define how much room is left, not the other way round. The rest of the range is in ear protection.
