In an HPA conversion the harness carries trigger signal and power between the fire control unit, the trigger board and the solenoid. It is the part that gets flexed every strip, routed round sharp receiver edges, and pinched if someone reassembles carelessly — and when a conductor eventually fatigues, the gun behaves erratically in a way that reads as an electronics fault.
This is the genuine Premium V2 harness in 14 inches, for Gen 2 engines in a V2 (M4 pattern) gearbox. Length matters here: too short and you are stretching the loom against its connectors, too long and you are packing slack somewhere it will chafe against the receiver.
Worth having as a spare if you build conversions regularly, or as the fix when an existing loom starts playing up.

Good to know before you buy
Check gearbox and length before ordering. Wolverine make V2 and V3 harnesses in different lengths, plus a separate M249 loom. They are not interchangeable — tell us your gearbox and rifle and we will confirm which you need.
Frequently asked questions
How do I know I need a new harness?
Intermittent trigger response, cutting out when the receiver is flexed, or behaviour that changes after a rebuild. Wiring faults tend to move with the gun rather than being constant.
Will this fit a V3 AK gearbox?
No. There is a separate V3 harness — we stock the 12 inch version.
Does length matter?
Yes. Too short strains the connectors, too long leaves slack that chafes. Match it to your build.
Can you fit it?
Yes, we do HPA wiring work on the bench and test before it goes back.
