The V3 gearbox sits in AK-pattern rifles, and the wiring run is shorter and routed differently to an M4. That is why Wolverine make a separate harness rather than expecting you to make an M4 loom fit — the connectors need to land in the right places without slack packed against a receiver edge.
This is the genuine V3 harness in 12 inches, for Gen 2 engines. It carries trigger signal and power between the fire control unit, trigger board and solenoid, which makes it the part that strands you when a conductor fatigues after enough strips and rebuilds.
Worth holding as a spare if you build AK conversions, or as the fix when an existing loom becomes intermittent.

Will this fit a V2 M4 gearbox?
No. The V2 harness is a different length with different routing — we stock the 14 inch Premium V2 separately.
How do I know the harness is the fault?
Intermittent trigger response, cutting out when the gun is flexed or knocked, or behaviour that changes after a rebuild.
Does the 12 inch length suit all AK builds?
It is the standard V3 length. Tell us your specific rifle if you have an unusual build and we will confirm.
Can you fit it?
Yes, we handle HPA wiring on the bench and test before it goes back.
