Flips backward as well as forward, and gets out of the way of night vision. The rail kit Earmor designed for the Mark4 and PLUS generation, with four adjustable joints and a profile that frees up side rail space.

The older M11 and M13 kits belong to a different headset generation. The Mark4 and PLUS series use a different interface, and the M16A is the ARC kit built for them — which includes the M32 Plus. Getting this distinction wrong is the usual reason a mount arrives and does not fit.

What sets it apart mechanically is the rear-flip stand. Most adapters let a cup rotate forward and up; this one flips forward and backward, which matters enormously once there is a night vision mount on the front of the helmet competing for the same arc of movement. Earmor describe it as optimised for night vision goggles for exactly that reason.

Four adjustable joints give it the travel to sit correctly on different head shapes rather than only the one the designer had. That is the difference between a cup that seals and a cup hovering a few millimetres off the side of your head giving away most of its rating.

It is also deliberately slim, increasing usable side rail space — useful when the same rails are carrying a torch, a counterweight or a camera.

Frequently asked questions

Which headsets is this for? Earmor's catalogue says the Mark4 and PLUS series. One independent retailer names the M32 Plus and Mark4 specifically. Earmor's own shop drops Mark4 and says PLUS only — the outlier of the three. Older M31 and M32 cups take the M11 instead.

What if my helmet uses M-LOK? Then you want the M16A M-LOK adaptor, the same generation cut for the other rail standard. Earmor also make an M16A-TW for Team Wendy EXFIL 3.0 rails, which we do not currently stock.

What is it made of? No source publishes a material for the M16A, so we are not going to name one. The catalogue calls it a robust and lightweight design and leaves it there.

Does the rear flip actually matter? With night vision mounted, yes. Forward-only cups end up fouling the mount or the battery pack when you try to lift them clear.

Four joints means four things that can drift. The adjustability that makes this mount fit well also means it can wander out of position over a season. Set it, note where it sits, and check it before an event rather than during one.
💡 Titan Forge Airsoft tip: Set the mount up with the headset switched on. It is much easier to hear when the seal breaks than to see it. The full mounting range is in ear protection.
