Earmor place the M300T between the M300A and the M300X in their own range. Protection is identical to the M300A at SNR 29 / NRR 22 — where it pulls ahead is in what it does the rest of the time. Bluetooth pairs it to a phone or a handheld, so music between games and a call on the walk back are handled without taking the headset off.
The listening side has three named modes rather than a single ambient setting. Environment opens everything up for general awareness. Conversation narrows the pickup to voice, which is the one you want in a noisy building. Concentration pulls the ambient back for focused shooting. All three are selected from the earcup, not a phone app.
Controls sit on the cup body: a side rotary wheel combines power and volume, and one multifunction key covers playback and calls — a press to answer or pause, two to skip forward, three to go back, hold two seconds to reject. Gel cushions seal better than sponge over glasses, and the wire support arms fold for storage.
At 339 grams it carries the same weight class as the dearer M300X, with IPX5 sealing and a pair of AAA cells behind it.

Frequently asked questions
Is the Bluetooth 5.3 or 5.4? Both numbers appear on Earmor's own product page — the heading and body text say 5.3, the specification table says 5.4. We publish the specification table figure and tell you about the discrepancy rather than pick one quietly. In practice the difference will not be noticeable.
And the battery life? Earmor's page gives 45 hours, and about 30 with active suppression running. A separate Earmor page for the bundled G01 set claims 60. We quote the product's own page.
Is it worth the step up from the M300A? If you want gel cushions or a phone connection, yes. If you only care about the rating, the M300A protects identically for less.
Can it carry team comms? Not directly — there is no NATO port. Bluetooth to a handheld works if your radio supports it; otherwise the M32 Plus is the wired answer.
