Cordura over the cups, not a vinyl sticker. Made in-house by Kydex Customs from the same fabric and the same adhesive they use on their wrapped Kydex holsters.

Wrapping a headset is usually a compromise between looking right and staying on. Printed vinyl looks correct for a season and then lifts at the edges the first time it gets properly wet. This is a different approach: real 500D or 1000D Cordura, bonded with the adhesive Kydex Customs already trust on fabric-wrapped Kydex, which lives outdoors on a belt for years.

The practical result is a wrap that takes wear and weather rather than peeling away from it, and a cup surface that behaves like the rest of your kit — it goes matt, it absorbs light, and it does not glare at the wrong moment.

Cut specifically for the Earmor M32 Plus, in Multicam, Multicam Black and Grey.

Frequently asked questions

Will it fit the M32X Plus? Kydex Customs cut it for the M32 Plus. The M32X Plus is a related headset but we would not promise a fit the maker has not stated.

Does it interfere with a rail mount? It covers the outer cup face. Rail adapters attach at the arm boss, so the two do not compete for the same surface.

Can it be removed? It is built to stay on. Treat it as permanent and expect residue if it comes off.

Which Cordura weight will I get? Kydex Customs use either 500D or 1000D depending on the pattern. Both are the heavy outdoor grade rather than a lining fabric.

💡 Titan Forge Airsoft tip: Fit it before you add hook and loop panels rather than after. Getting the order wrong means peeling one off to fit the other.
