The comms headset built to live on a helmet. NRR 22, a removable boom and NATO downlead, IPX-5 sealing, and a battery life measured in hundreds of hours rather than a weekend.

The M32X sits in Earmor's range as the rail-oriented member of the M32 family — their catalogue lists M32X variants cut for ARC rails, Team Wendy and M-LOK, which tells you what it was designed around. If your headset spends its life clamped to a helmet rather than on a headband, this is the one built for that.

Protection and comms are the same proposition as the rest of the Plus range. Impulse noise above roughly 82 dB is suppressed automatically while safe ambient sound is amplified, and a removable boom microphone with a downlead cable handles transmission through NATO-standard PTTs and radios.

Construction is impact-resistant polymer with reinforced internals and an IPX-5 rating, so rain and dust are a non-event. Two AAA cells run it for around 350 hours, which for most players is a season rather than a weekend.

One distributor describes the M32X as carrying two separate protected microphones for sound localisation. We have not been able to corroborate that from a second independent source, so treat it as their claim rather than ours.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly is in the box? We are not going to tell you until we know. Our supplier's page contradicts itself — the description lists a rail mount kit and carry case, the specification table on the same page lists only the headset, boom and downlead — and no independent source publishes a contents list at all. We have asked. Ask us before ordering if the contents decide it for you.

Does it use the same PTTs as the M32 Plus? Yes, the same NATO-standard units. The M51 and M52 both fit.

Is a Tan version made? Three colourways are available to us. Earmor do not publish an M32X Plus page on their own site, so a fourth colour is neither confirmed nor ruled out, and we have not invented one.

Can I swap the boom microphone? Earmor catalogue the S10D moving-coil microphone as compatible with the M32X among others.

350 hours is runtime, not shelf life. Alkaline cells leak when they are left in a headset over a long winter. Pull them out before the kit goes in the loft.
💡 Titan Forge Airsoft tip: A hard carry case is worth having at this price point — the electronics survive rain far better than they survive being crushed in a kit bag.
