Red sits a step above green: around 160psi at room temperature, which is enough extra push to keep a gas gun cycling properly once autumn sets in and lighter gas starts feeling lazy. It is the sensible middle rung between everyday green and the black can.

What the ZERO version changes is not the pressure but the payload. There is no silicone riding along with the propellant, so nothing is being deposited inside the magazine on your behalf. Lubrication becomes a maintenance task rather than a side effect of filling up.

Pick this one if you already wanted a colder-weather gas and you also happen to prefer choosing your own oil.

How is this different from 3.0? Same pressure grade, no silicone. The red 3.0 lubricates as it fills; this one leaves that entirely to you.

Will my gun take it? Higher pressure suits robust and full-metal gas guns. Check what your platform is rated for before switching up from green, and keep it out of ABS and plastic-slide pistols.

So what lubricates the seals? You do. A silicone grease applied where it is wanted, rather than a film spread everywhere by the gas.

Does removing silicone change the power? It is not intended to. The pressure grade is what sets the performance, and that is unchanged.

⚠ Two things to respect on this can. It is a higher-pressure gas, so only put it in a gun rated to take it — never an ABS or plastic-slide pistol. And because there is no silicone in it, dry seals are a real outcome if you skip maintenance.
