Speedloader dial cover — a printed cap that sits over the control dial so it survives the journey to site. It keeps knocks off the dial in a kit bag or a car boot, and stops the settings being nudged while the loader is packed away. Fits the Pro, the Mk2 and the MAX.

The dial is the part of an electric loader that sticks out, and a kit bag does not care about that. Thrown in with magazines, tools and a gas bottle, it is the first thing to take a knock, and the first thing to get leaned on hard enough to change a setting you had dialled in the week before. This cover simply takes that exposure away.

We print these ourselves, so they are made to the shape of the loader rather than adapted from something else. One cover fits all three units in the electric range — the Speedloader Pro, the Mk2 and the MAX — because the dial is common across them.

It is a cheap part doing an unglamorous job. A loader is a few hundred pounds of kit that lives in the boot of a car between games, and five pounds of printed plastic is a sensible thing to put between the dial and everything else in there.

Good to know before you buy

This is a transit and storage part. Fit it when the loader goes in the bag and take it off when you are loading magazines — it is there to protect the dial between sessions, not to be used around. If your loader is due a once-over at the same time, we are an authorised repair centre and handle the health check and service here in the UK.

Frequently asked questions

Will it fit my loader?
Yes, if it is one of the three electric units — Pro, Mk2 or MAX. The dial is the same part across all of them, so one cover covers the range.

Do I need UKARA to buy this?
No. It is a plastic cover for a loading machine, so there is no registration or defence needed to order one.

Why is it 3D printed rather than moulded?
Because the volumes do not justify a mould and the job does not need one. Printing it means we can make them as they sell and revise the shape if a loader changes.

Does it replace the original cap?
There is no original cap — the dial ships bare. This is an addition rather than a replacement part.

💡 Titan Forge Airsoft tip: get in the habit of fitting it as the loader goes back in the bag at the end of a game, the same way you would cap a gas bottle. See the full Vanguard Solutions range for adaptors, batteries and spares.
