The PULSAR H is an upgrade path, not a starting point. It replaces the front section and nozzle of a PULSAR S engine — the parts that interface with the hop-up and barrel — converting it to GATE's hybrid configuration while keeping the solenoid, the Bluetooth control unit and the engine body you already own.
That makes it the sensible move for someone already running a PULSAR S who wants to change how the engine meets the hop, without buying a whole new engine. Everything electronic stays as it is, so your GCS settings and wiring are unaffected.
If you are building from scratch rather than upgrading, start with the PULSAR S itself, or go straight to the closed-bolt PULSAR D if consistency matters more than rate of fire.

Good to know before you buy
This is an upgrade component, not an engine and not a complete gun. You need a PULSAR S already fitted for it to do anything. If you are not certain whether your build would benefit from the hybrid front end, message us on WhatsApp with your gearbox and hop-up setup and we will advise honestly — sometimes the answer is that it will not gain you anything.
Frequently asked questions
Is this an engine?
No. It is a front-section and nozzle conversion kit for an engine you already own. Without a PULSAR S it does nothing.
What stays and what gets replaced?
The front section and nozzle are replaced. The solenoid, the TITAN II or ASTER II control unit and the engine body all stay as they are.
Do I need to reconfigure the FCU afterwards?
The electronics are untouched, but any mechanical change to the nozzle and hop interface is worth re-chronographing and re-tuning. We can do that as part of a tuning job if you would rather not.
Should I buy this or a PULSAR D?
If you already own a PULSAR S and want to change the front end, this is the cheaper route. If you want dual-solenoid closed-bolt operation and its consistency, that is the PULSAR D and this kit will not get you there.
