This is the complete kit for converting a V2 gearbox M4 AEG to HPA at the latest specification. Inside the box: the INFERNO XTS engine itself (extended stroke design, redesigned stainless steel nozzle, one-piece Delrin baffle), a BLINC Bluetooth FCU and trigger board, the solenoid, integrated filtered line, and the wiring harness needed for a V2 install. It drops into the same gearbox shell that previously housed your gears, piston and spring — no permanent modifications to the rifle.
The XTS is the successor to the INFERNO Gen 2, which has been the benchmark drop-in HPA engine for nearly a decade. What's new is the extended stroke system: greater separation between BB loading and firing movements, a redesigned valve housing for more forgiving dwell tuning, and a stainless steel nozzle with additional mass that helps the BB chamber consistently shot after shot. The result on the chrono is tighter shot-to-shot variation; on the field it's tighter groupings at the same FPS.
The XTS is also genuinely more tunable than the Gen 2. Three levels of optional flow reducers let you tune for low-energy site limits (the UK 1J cap is well within range) without sacrificing the consistency you get at higher pressures. Operating pressure runs 60-160 PSI with a 30 PSI minimum, so the engine still functions cleanly when a tank is running down between fills.
The BLINC FCU bundled in the kit is the same board sold separately for retrofit installs. You get the full app-based experience out of the box: assign any fire mode to any selector position, set ROF per mode from 1 to 50 RPS, pair an Acetech BT chronograph for auto-tune dwell, save profiles for different sites or energy limits, and update firmware over the air. For V2 AEG owners building HPA from scratch rather than upgrading an existing INFERNO, this kit is the path of least resistance.
