The hop rubber is the soft component that actually grips a BB to impart spin, and its shape and material decide how cleanly that happens. Maple Leaf’s Macaron and Super Silicone rubbers are go-to upgrades for players chasing tighter groups, and the brand extends into complete chamber sets and the springs and pistons that bolt-action snipers rely on. None of it is expensive, but the difference downrange is measurable.
