Spare & Upgrade Parts

Every airsoft rifle eventually needs spare parts. Gearbox internals wear, hop rubbers age, pistons crack, motors slow down — this is the catalogue of everything that goes inside the rifle.

An airsoft rifle is a mechanical device that fires tens of thousands of shots over its service life. Parts wear, age, and occasionally fail outright — that's not a flaw, it's expected mechanical reality. A stock AEG with 50,000 rounds through it will start showing piston compression loss, hop rubber wear, and motor brush erosion. The Spare Parts collection covers everything inside the rifle that you might need to replace, upgrade, or service over the years.

The collection clusters naturally. Gearbox internals: gearbox parts, gears, pistons, cylinders, springs, motors, triggers, MOSFETs — the moving parts that drive each shot. Hop and barrel: hop units and rubbers, inner barrels, outer barrels — the precision components that determine accuracy. Platform-specific parts: Hi-Capa parts, AAP parts, KWA parts — spares for specific platforms.

Two practical notes for buying. First: most spare parts are platform-specific. A V2 gearbox piston doesn't fit a V3 gearbox, an M4 hop unit doesn't fit an AK, a TM Hi-Capa hammer doesn't fit an AAP-01. Check compatibility before ordering — or call us on 01494 911990 if uncertain. Second: gearbox work is mechanical and not for everyone. If you've never disassembled an AEG gearbox, the HPA Tech Service covers installation, tuning, and full servicing — on-site at Skirmish Wycombe or by post.

💡 Titan Forge tip: Build a small spares kit for your most-used rifle: spare hop rubber, spare O-rings, spare nozzle, spare piston head. £40-60 of parts that solve the most common mid-game failures. The next time something goes wrong on a Sunday morning when no shop is open, you'll be glad you did.
