Ear Protection

Hearing damage is the injury nobody notices until it is permanent. Pyro, real-steel range days and a long afternoon of close-quarters fire all add up, and none of it comes back.

Airsoft itself is not loud enough to hurt you. What sits alongside it usually is. Thunderflashes and pyro peak well above the threshold where damage starts, indoor CQB sites stack reflections on top of each other, and anyone who shoots real steel on the same weekend is already well into the range where protection stops being optional. Electronic ear protection solves the awkward part: it clamps the dangerous peaks in about a millisecond while amplifying the footsteps, radio traffic and callouts you actually need to hear.

The EARMOR M300 series is the entry point for most players — low-profile cups, ambient pickup, and enough suppression for pyro without the bulk of a comms headset. The M32 Plus and M32X Plus add a detachable microphone and a NATO-standard downlead, so the same headset carries your team comms. The M20T Pro and M23T AI earbuds do the same job with nothing under your helmet rails at all, which matters if you run night vision or a tight-fitting mask.

Helmet users need a rail adapter rather than a headband. ARC and M-LOK kits are here for both EARMOR and 3M Peltor cups, along with the M61 modular headband for players who move a single headset between setups. Replacement gel pads, foam pads and hook-and-loop panels are stocked separately — the ear seals are the part that wears out first and the part that most affects how much noise actually reaches you.

💡 Titan Forge tip: If you already run helmet rails, check the cup brand before you order a mount — the ARC and M-LOK kits come in EARMOR and 3M Peltor patterns and they are not interchangeable. Pair with eye protection and face protection for full head coverage.
